Not every idea needs a column. This reel from the founder's Instagram compresses the Institute's message into the length of a scroll and, in doing so, tests whether the message survives compression. It does. The world measures wealth, speed, marks and followers with astonishing precision; it does not measure the one quality that determines whether any of those things last. That quality is goodness, and goodness — this is the turn — is not a mood or a sermon. It is a skill. It can be practised. It can be taught. And now it can be measured.

Why a reel

The Institute's marketing plan calls its guiding principle "mirror, not sermon". Short vertical film is where most young Indians meet ideas, and a movement that wants to make goodness ordinary has to speak in the formats ordinary life uses. The reel is the first of a series: street interviews on what people think goodness is, thirty-day PSR challenges, memes and animations from the Five Foundations, and the launch campaign built around one question — what's your Goodness Score?

What to do after watching

Sixty seconds is exactly the wrong length for a lecture and exactly the right length for an invitation. The reel's invitation is the same as this website's: check your Goodness Score, share the mirror with one person who would value it, and notice one ordinary moment this week that you could handle better.
