The Institute of Goodness, founded by Ravi Sharma, works to make goodness visible, measurable and teachable. It defines goodness as the alignment of intent, action and impact toward the well-being of others, and builds three things on that definition: the Goodness Index, a framework for measuring trust, integrity, compassion and responsibility in individuals, organisations and nations; Personal Social Responsibility (PSR), learning frameworks designed to run from kindergarten through graduation; and Mission Chetna, which recognises changemakers and the NGOs they lead.
Fifty words. The Institute of Goodness makes goodness measurable and teachable. Founded by former global CEO Ravi Sharma, it develops the Goodness Index — a new compass beside GDP — and Personal Social Responsibility learning for schools and universities. Anyone can check their own Goodness Score, free and privately, at instituteofgoodness.org.
