Twenty-five honest questions. Five to seven minutes. One private mirror — scored by the same rubric for everyone, and built so you can come back and see what has improved.

You are checking your score for . Your answers stay here; at the end you get a short code to send back, and only the group average is ever assembled.
Yes, no — and what happened next
Most questions ask what you actually did, not what you believe. Say yes and a follow-up asks how often, or what you did. Say no and it asks why. What you did always counts for more than what you say you would do.
Five foundations, one score
Integrity, Responsibility, Compassion, Respect and Stewardship each get their own score out of 100. Your Goodness Score is the whole of them — and the ring on your card shows all five at a glance.
A score that grows
Come back in a few weeks. The questions will be new, the check a little deeper, and the result shows what improved, what held steady and what needs attention.
Goodness Score — questions and answers
What is a Goodness Score?
A Goodness Score is a number out of 100 that reflects how consistently you practise the five foundations of goodness — integrity, responsibility, compassion, respect and stewardship — in everyday situations. It is a mirror for your own use, not a judgement of your worth.
How is the Goodness Score calculated?
Every question is worth up to three points under a fixed rubric, so the same answers always produce the same score. Questions that do not apply to your life are left out rather than counted against you. Points are added up for each foundation and for the whole, then expressed out of 100.
How long does it take?
The first check has 25 questions and takes five to seven minutes. When you return, the check uses 40 questions you have not seen before and takes about ten minutes, so that the comparison with your earlier score is fair.
Is my Goodness Score private?
Yes. There is no account and no database. Your answers are scored in your browser and never sent anywhere. Your past scores are kept only on your own device so the page can show what has changed, and you can erase them at any time.
Can I improve my Goodness Score?
That is the point of it. Each result ends with one small, practical act for the week, aimed at your lowest foundation. Goodness is a practice; the score is simply a way to see the practice working.
