Use of the site
You may use this site and its content for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes. Please credit the Institute of Goodness when quoting. Commercial use of the Goodness Index™ name, rubric or materials requires written permission.
The Goodness Score
The Goodness Score is a reflective tool, not an assessment of any person's worth. It is provided as-is for personal insight; it is not a psychological, medical or employment evaluation and must not be used to rank, select or discriminate between people. Individual scores are never published by the Institute.
Illustrative data
The Goodness Report dashboard currently displays illustrative data generated for design and demonstration. It must not be cited as research findings. The first India Goodness Report is scheduled for 2028.
Intellectual property
"Institute of Goodness", "Goodness Index" and the leaf mark are trademarks of the Institute. Photographs are used under licence (Unsplash) or with permission. Columns republished from Business India, The Indian Eye and ELE Times remain the copyright of their publishers and are presented in the Institute's own edition with attribution.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute accepts no liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
